MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, OGG, FLAC, MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV

Availability depends on the configured speech provider.

Guest preview: up to 50 MB and 10m. Results are kept for a limited time unless you create an account.

Interviews need two things: who said what, and where it was said. VoqText keeps both, with speaker labels you can rename and a timestamp on every paragraph so a quote can be checked against the recording.

Review is built in: click a line to play it, correct a word, and the change is recorded in the revision history.

What you get

  • DOCX export with speaker names in bold
  • CSV export with one row per paragraph for coding

Who it is for

  • Journalists verifying quotes
  • User researchers coding interview transcripts
  • Academics working with qualitative data
