Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to

• Upload content you do not own or lack permission to process, including recordings made without required consent.
• Attempt to download, scrape or bypass access controls on third-party platforms through VoqText.
• Upload malware, attempt to access other workspaces, probe or overload the service, or evade rate and guest limits.
• Use the service to harass, defame, discriminate or violate the privacy or rights of others.
• Upload protected health information unless a medical workflow with the required agreements has been made available to your organization.
• Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that breach this policy, and we may notify authorities where required. Access to content during investigations is logged.
